SPINALFIT

An exercise program designed by a chiropractor & wellness physician to help any body, regardless of health or fitness level, gradually increase their health with a safety focus. 

Design by Dr. Phillip E. Carlyle DC, CCWP, BCIM to fill the need for an exercise program that would assist any body reach their goals in a safe & controlled environment.

Spinalfit has gained large amounts of notoriety and is now Advanced Rehabs preferred and recommended post rehab exercise program.

Spinalfit isn't just an exercise program.  It is a program forged through years of education and studying the research about trying to help people become healthy. We do not aim to turn everyone who participates in Spinalfit into a world class athlete, but to help people live healthy and active lifestyles.
